Most of us dream of finding our one true love - that singular person whom you can’t imagine spending life without. And when you see two people who have clearly found that love in each other, it’s such joy to witness their wedding day and hear their love story. This couple was so deeply in love, and our string trio will forever remember every special moment of their ceremony.

The ceremony took place at the beautiful Boulders at Black Canyon Inn. This is an indoor space that opens fully to incredible mountain views. The acoustics in the room are also brilliant, and our sound carried throughout the space beautifully.

As guests arrived, we played a prelude of classic love songs, including At Last (Etta James), Can’t Help Falling in Love (Elvis), Turning Page from Twilight, and Stand by Me (Ben E. King). The music set the mood for the very romantic processional and ceremony.

The family walked in to Yellow (Coldplay), and then the bride walked in to Young and Beautiful (Lana Del Rey). We started the bride’s song softly, and then as the doors opened and the bride entered, we swelled the music as she slowly made her way down the aisle.

The ceremony was so sweet, and hearing both the bride and groom’s perspective on how they met and fell in love made me tear up. As soon as they were pronounced married, we ended with a joyful rendition of “Accidentally in Love”, as the couple danced their way back down the aisle. While guests gradually moved downstairs to the reception, we played them out to “All You Need is Love” by the Beatles and finally, “We Found Love” by Rihanna.
