Contract Cancellation Agreement

This Contract Cancellation Agreement becomes effective once signed by both parties. The Client understands that payments may be retained and/or additional payments may be due in accordance with the Cancellation Policy outlined in the original contract.

The Client acknowledges that only the Client named in the original contract may authorize cancellation of the event agreement.
